Through our Employer View® website, employers can check individual claim status, including a history of payments. And, they can find real-time information about an employee's medical underwriting status.
Detailed Activity Reports
Our activity reports help employers monitor ongoing benefit program activity, view specific categories of their program's experience and assess overall performance. Examples of these reports include Disability Claim Status and Medical Underwriting Status.

With The Hartford's AccountAbilitySM analytic reporting package, we can analyze a client's disability experience, identify emerging trends and monitor plan performance. We also work with our brokers, consultants and customers to interpret the results and make changes to improve program effectiveness.
