“Thank You” AD&D

Financial institutions such as banks, mortgage companies or credit unions can offer small amounts (usually $1,000 to $3,000) of Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance to customers or members at no cost. Individuals who are 18 or older are eligible to accept the coverage.

Included with the offer is the opportunity to purchase additional AD&D coverage ($10,000 to $250,000) at group rates. Other options can be added, such as the opportunity to purchase hospital indemnity benefits.
