Our commitment is to give you prompt service and a positive experience with The Hartford Group Benefits. If you have filed a claim with The Hartford Group Benefits and have a question about your group disability, or life claim, please contact us either in writing or by phone.

For Group Retiree Health claim questions, please contact the claims administrator noted on your medical or prescription drug identification card.

Along with your question, please provide:

• your name
• the name of the company, association or organization that holds your group policy
• your group policy number
• the best way for us to reach you: e-mail, phone, or mail

For Group Life, Accident or Disability claims, call the office that is handling your claim. The office location appears on the correspondence you've received from The Hartford about your claim.
